We are externally insulating , adding a large extension, which will future proof the clients home as it is there “last” home by adding another bedroom bathroom ‘ kitchen utility and toilet as it is a chalet bungalow presently ,
Whilst we upgrade the insulation we have also upgraded the floors to have insulation and UFH which will run from the air source heat pump, which in turn will run from the solar and stored charge in batteries ,
All of the widows are now triple glazed internorm . We took advantage of the upgrade for free scheme my clients Adrain and Jackie are very much involved as was there wish, saving where they can and where practical.
Both choosing to prepare and paint the larch cladding for the whole project .
